Oblong quarto, 6 1/2" x 12', 312 pages with 550 photo illustration and drawings throughout, black and gilt titles on decorated green cloth. A good copy only, with significant shelf wear, rubbing at all corners, back strip cloth starting to fray at top and bottom edges, light exterior soiling; front free endpaper and title pages missing, hinges cracked but secure, paper moderately yellowed with a previous owner's name penned on the front pastdown.
