Very Good with no dust jacket. Softcover. Pages are in clear protective covers and stored in a black loose-leaf notebook, contains 40 pp. with 34 containing one or more signatures. Most are programs from the San Francisco Opera with a few magazine pages having biographical information and/or signatures. Only some pages have dates and they are not in chronological order - dates observed are late 1960s and 1970s. Notebook titled Autographed Programs, San Francisco Opera to spine and otherwise unmarked. ; Pages are three-hole punched at left; a few pages with light wear along edges and otherwise in VG condition. One signature appeared a bit faded, most are bold and sound. The notebook is lightly rubbed and soiled. .

This striking design was created by Mouse and Kelley for the 1966 Homecoming for the Associated Students of San Francisco State College, held Sun. Nov. 6th at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco. One sheet printed on thin paper with red, blue, black and silver inks. Demon Lover was the opening act; their name appears at lower left.
