American Chemical Society, 1980. 284pp. Index. Original black cloth covered boards. Pages are clean (unmarked) but age-toned. Binding is creased but pages are still secure. "Department of Agriculture" sticker to FEP. Boards are finger soiled/slightly scuffed with bumping to head/heel of spine, rubbing to extremities. Unclipped pictorial DJ is sunned/soiled with 1/4" piece missing form head of spine, chipping to heel of spine, fraing to corners, rubbing to edges. We have added a removable mylar covering to the dust jacket for protection. Based on a Symposium Jointly Sponsored by the ACS Divisions of Carbohydrate Chemistry and Agricultural and Food Chemistry at the ACS/CSJ Chemical Congress (177th ACS National Meeting), Honolulu, Hawaii, April 4-5, 1979.
