Uncorrected Proof Copies of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and The Girl Who Played with Fire (SIGNED by the translator) and an Advance Reading Copy of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. The Uncorrected Proof of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo has publisher's original blue card covers with white titles and publisher's device to upper cover, white titles to spine and white printing to lower cover. Lower cover states 'This is an uncorrected proof copy and is not for sale.' There are a couple of very minor creases to the spine and a small creased, circular orange sticker (7mm diameter) which someone has tried to remove at some point. All Dust Jackets are Bright in Brodart protective covers, Clean, no wear, no tears, not price-clipped ($24.95, $25.95, $27.95). Texts are clean, with no marks. Bindings Tight and Square. Steve Murray was not pleased with the editing of his English translation by the editors of the British edition and chose to use a pseudonym, a decision he came to regret. A very nice set of Larsson's Millennium Trilogy which was made into movies in Sweden and the US.

A pretty nice over-all copy of the First US edition, a First Printing of a novel that has been re-printed so many times in hardcover that I have lost count. First novel, first book of a trilogy from the now dead author. Great read as is book two and three. We lost a great talent when this man died. This copy has been signed by the translator, Reg Keeland. The purchase of this will include a copy of my ticket to the signing, a picture of Reg signing books and new DVD copies of each of the first three movies based on the trilogy.
