An eclectic periodical, published coincident with Clark's Fulbright study and posting as Instructor in American Poetry, at the University of Essex. The titles varied (all words concluding with 'CE') but each was denoted "A One Shot Magazine ... No Copyright No Nothin." No. 25 has a six-page closely set letter by Williams printed as a "Preface," an appearance not recorded in Wallace.
