Mimeographed typescript, stapled into pictorial and printed stiff wrappers. Some modest darkening and smudging, but very good. Edited by Dave Cunliffe and Tina Morris, with Kirby Congdon serving as US editor. Issue 9/10 features a special mini-anthology of ten Latin American poets; 11, a "Special Trial Issue," features "The Golden Convolvulus Bit," and material re: the obscenity trial. Contributors include Giorno, Harwood, Montgomery, Wantling, Sinclair, Birney, Blazek, Patten, Randall, Logue, Malanga, Bowering, Paz, Cardenal, et al. Succeeded by POETMEAT NEWSLETTER, and then, GLOBAL TAPESTRY (CHILD OF POETMEAT).

Stapled mimeographed text, with pictorial outer leaves (by Joe Brainard - a credit inserted in most copies of this issue in manuscript by Clark). Some smudging and dust-soiling to the outer leaves at edges, otherwise very good or better. Edited by Tom Clark. An eclectic periodical, published coincident with Clark's Fulbright study and posting as Instructor in American Poetry, at the University of Essex. The titles varied (all words concluding with 'CE') but each was denoted "A One Shot Magazine ... No Copyright No Nothin."
