The extremes (both good and bad), as well as the more familiar ground of mediocrity, are dealt with in detail, and the temptations, trials and tensions of the priest in the contemporary world are discussed . . ." The dust jacket shows mild wear, has a paper label on the lower spine and was shortened by 5 mm so as to fit into the now-removed library applied cover. A new cover has been fitted.
