The blue covers are fresh, with minor wear at tips and corners. The gilt spine lettering is still bright. The dust jacket is price-clipped, but is otherwise in excellent condtiion. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. Synopsis: "Ross Macleod needs money -- which makes him undertake an unpleasant job, to follow Alice, Sir Arthur Haley-White's rebellious, tawny-haired daughter, to France where she has eloped to marry an unscrupulous gigolo.
