[ii]+60; med. 8vo; bound in later half navy morocco, lettered and ruled in gilt, purple cloth boards, the top edge of lower board slightly faded; marbled endpapers, armorial bookplate of Geoffrey Ronald Codrington on upper pastedown, the free endpaper lightly browned at edges, occasional faint foxing and soiling; His Majesty's Stationery Office, London, 1914. *Geoffrey Ronald Codrington (1888-1973) fought in both World Wars, gaining the rank of Colonel in the Territorial Army. Later from the library of Sydney bibliophile David Levine, with his bookplate on upper free endpaper.
