Methuen & Co Ltd. Good. 141pp. 1929. First edition. 8vo. large sized. Bound in original publisher's blue cloth boards - gilt embossed to the spine. No inscriptions. 20 tipped in plates (some great images of various cutters in full sail) and 7 plans all as called for. Leading and lower edges rough-cut. Some uniform toning/fading to the spine and to all four margins of the front and rear boards. A slight drinks ring mark to the front board. Some spotting to the endpapers - scattered and very light elsewhere. A soil mark to the margin of one page and one plate. The extreme corner of the lower rear paste-down folded back on itself - a printer's flaw.
