"Happy Christmas to you and have a good time" 11.5 x 16.5 cm (26 x 18 cm mounted). Original etching, signed by the artist. Further signature to inner mount. The etching illustrates two chefs preparing food.

Fritz Gross (1895 -1969) Architect and artist, the instigator of open plan design, born in Brelitz, an Austrian Jew who fled to England with his family in 1938 at the invitation of the President of the Royal Institution of British Architects. The Fritz Gross collection is housed in the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford.
