Jacket is browned; rubbed, creased, chipped and nicked along the top; small closed tear top of spine; bottom inch of spine is missing; corners are rubbed and worn. Boards are faded/browned along edges, as is spine. Foxing to the fore-edge of text block, and top edge is grey. Internally foxing on half a dozen pages or so, mostly at front and end, otherwise reasonably clean inside, for age. . Very Good. Hardback. Second Impression. 1951.
