Hoosier Edition, limited to 1000 copies of which this is # 347, SIGNED by Tarkington's three nephews to whom this was dedicated, John T., Donald, and Booth T. Jameson. This copy is NEAR FINE in a VG, unclipped ( $2.75) DJ . Blue cloth exterior is rich. Gilt lettering is bright. Edges and tips are sharp.Inside is crisp, unmarked, and lightly toned. Illustrated throughout with original sketches. DJ has modest sunning to the spine , minimal chipping to spine ends, and one 1/4" closed tear to front top. Very nice. Also laid in is the original bill of sale from L.S. Ayres department store. .
