Shanghai: Shanghai ren min mei shu chu ban she 䏿µ·äººæ°ç¾è¡åºç社, 1990. Eleven issues of the large-format arts magazine, with the English title "Gems from Chinese fine arts." 10x14.5 inches, very good; profusely illustrated, text almost entirely in Chinese. Issues present are whole numbers 6, 10, 14, 16, 17, 22-24, 36, 37, and 41. The magazine, which began publication in 1978, reflected the post-reform turn back to pre-revolutionary traditions in Chinese painting.
