(mm. 280x185), elegante legatura edit. in mz. marocchino rosso, ricca decorazione e tit oro ai piatti e al dorso, tagli dorati, pp. XIII,(4),560, molto ben illustrato da 250 inc. su legno (di cui 20 in tavole f.t.) e da 16 belle tavole in cromolitografia. Importanti capitoli sono dedicati anche alle arti industriali (mobili, ceramica, oreficeria e gioielleria, stoffe e tessuti). Esemplare molto ben conservato.

Il vol. comprende la fine del regno di Luigi XIV, la Reggenza e i regni di Luigi XV e Luigi XVI. Interessanti i capitoli su “Fetes et plaisirs de Paris - La cuisine et la table - Les théatres - Les salons - Les voyages - Le costume et les modes”. Esemplare ben conservato.
