From Portraits of the Game and Wild Animals of Southern Africa, Delineated from Life in Their Natural Haunts, During a Hunting Expedition From the Cape Colony as Far as the Tropic of Capricorn in 1836 & 1837. This is one of the rarest and most important works on large African Game. This folio was published in five parts containing in total 30 colour plates of the animals in their own habitat that Harris encountered while traveling and hunting in Africa. Lithograph.
