About This Item
Rare first edition (UK) of the author's Newbery award-winning novel. The book is in beautiful condition with faint rubbing to the corners. The inside pages are neat and clean, save for some slight foxing; the dust wrapper was professionally deacidified. Included is a bookplate signed by the author and a photocopy of the letter that L'Engle addressed to its original recipient.
A Wrinkle in Time is one of the most profound novels of all time. The story revolves around a mysterious project called a tesseract. "A book that every person should read, a book that provides a road map for seeking knowledge and compassion even at the worst of times, a book to make the world a better place" (Cory Doctorow).

Reviews
Great read for a kid, adult, or anyone who hasn't lost their sense of mystery and adventure. What if? What if time travel were as easy as L'Engle proposes? I still look for Mrs. Whatsit to point me in the right direction.
This book got me hooked on reading as a child. What bettter praise can you give a book?
