Comparing this copy to a scanned one shows that the missing images are of Pietro da Cortona, Peter Paul Rubens, and Anthony Van Dyck.). A later reprint of essays first written by Jonathan Richardson (1667-1745) in the early 1700s, and considered to be the first such writings in English which addressed artistic theory.
