Near fine. 32 Vols. 21.5 x 14.5 cm. Limited edition, one of 250, this Star copy made for Arthur Amory (Arthur Amory Houghton, Sr. ?) as noted on the title page. Decorative series titles printed in red and black with pale yellow background, plus regular titles printed on japanned paper in colors with gold highlights. Each volume with hand-colored engraved frontispiece, other plates after the original illustrations by F.O.C. Darley protected with tissue guards. Spine panels with raised bands decorated in Art Nouveau floral motifs, edges uncut. Interior contents fresh and clean. OCLC: 941798520.
