New York, NY: Hurd and Houghton, 1878. Book. Very Good. Cloth. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Embossed brown cloth with gilt lettering to the spine with 5 embossed bands. This copy is VG. Exterior is modestly sunned to the spine, but gilt is still bright. Spine ends are moderately crimped, but edges and tips only minimally so. Minimal, light spotting Brown EPs with neat PO signature . Frontispieces with tissue guards. Insides otherwise unmarked with modest toning.Gutters on Volume II starting, but holding nicely. Top edges gilt. Quite nice..
