A fine copy of this scarce collectible first edition first printing title, signed to the limitation page by Joel Lane the author and Conrad Williams, who wrote the introduction. Limited edition this copy being unnumbered of 100 copies that were signed by both. There was a further 200 copies signed by Joel Lane only. An unsettling novel, a man discovers disturbing video tapes in a house he bought which leads him on a journey in to gritty darkness, from the writer who died too young and winner of World Fantasy Award for this collection in 2013 and the British Fantasy Award twice. A very difficult book to obtain.
