Stated First printing, First edition with $3.95 and the code 4/67 present; 8vo.; turquose cloth covered boards with gilt lettering on spine, hardcover; 82 pages; black and white illustrations; Faulkner's only children's book; non-authorial gift inscription on half-title page dated May 1967, endpapers and page edges have foxing else a very good clean tight copy in boards that have some foxing on edges and a sunned else very good unclipped dust jacket.
