Hardcover with unclipped dust jacket, 252 pages, plus black-and white photographs;---extremely scarce in the illustrated hardcover edition; the later paperback edition did not include any illustrations;---rusty red/orange cloth covers with very bright and clear gilt lettering to spine, very gently used ex-library copy with only light traces of shelf wear to bottom edges of covers, gentle bumps to spine ends, spine ever so slightly slanted but tight in binding, some faded traces of (food?) staining to fore edge and a few (less than 10) scattered pages including an obvious pale faded butter finger stain to one photograph (popcorn eater?), library card pocket secured inside front cover, tiny ink letters "RO" written under title, two overlapping rubber stamps on copyright page, but absolutely no other library markings, all pages otherwise very clean and unmarked (in fact, the vast majority); DJ gently bumped along edges, one short tear to front spine hinge bottom, front panel and spine very bright and colourful in jungle green with red and yellow lettering with an aircraft and dropped bomb in grey, no library markings or labels, now in new mylar protector.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good -/Very Good.
