Solid and VG (former owner name and small pasted-on newspaper column ["Rare Marsupials] at the front free endpaper) in a bright, price-clipped, VG dustjacket, with light creasing --and several small closed tears-- at the panel edges and very light chipping at the spine ends. Light foxing as well along the edges. Thick octavo, crisp, wonderful black-and-white photos thruout. Also includes a chapter on "The Bats of Australia and New Guinea"
