About This Item

New York: Coalition for an Anti-Imperialist Movement, 1969. 8.5x11 inch handbill, printed both sides on goldenrod paper, very good, though a slightly smudgy mimeograph job. Presumably issues at least a week before the demonstration in January 1969, though perhaps as early as the end of 1968. Demands include withdrawal from SE Asia, self determination for Black America, etc. Cartoon depicts Nixon as the main head on a hydra that also includes a drooling general, the Pope, a cigar-chomping businessman, and a klansman.
