Oxford University Press, 1909. Book. Acceptable. Hardcover. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Boards are faded with all extremities worn. Head and tail of spine scruffed. Front endpaper missiang. Interior and all illustrations and text are excellent with significatn foxing on back endpaper. Will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

Green spine, cardboard pictorial boards, 28 un-numbered pages including black, white and red illustrations on a green background. "Printed by Thos. Forman and Sons, Nottingham, England." Previous owner's inscription on ffep, child's scribbles in green along bottom edge of front paste-down, pages darkened and well thumbed, cracked at second page, several illustrations have bled through the page, a child has coloured in the bow in one illustration, and added a red check mark on eight others.
