This listing is for a gorgeous Barbra Streisand matted display piece which features a lovely portrait photograph paired with a signed notecard professionally authenticated by James Spence (JSA). Legitimately authenticated Streisand autogrphs are desperately scarce. The matted piece measures 16x12 with an 8x10 photo and an opening for the notecard that measures 4-1/2 by 3; thickness is 1/4" overall with matte board backing (shown in last photo). Barbra's signature is bold and clear as shown. As most of you know, Barbra is one of those luminous artists who have earned an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony during her career.

The book is warmly inscribed by Eisenhower to Mrs Charles (Jane) Englehard, a prominent donor to White House restoration projects and a close friend of Lyndon B. Johnson. She served on a variety of advisory committees through many administrations from Kennedy to Clinton. The letter acknowledges that the author has signed the book and sent under seperate cover. He also refers to the text of the book, mentioning his view on the Foreign service and wishing Mrs Englehard, and her commission, every success. The book is near fine with just a little creasing to the edges of the dustwrapper. Housed in a blue cloth covered chemise and fine, blue morocco leather spined ,slip case.
