New York: Harper & Brothers, 1910. Book. Illus. by J.M.Conde. Very Good. Cloth. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Copyright noted as 1910, with "B-X" , denoting a publication date of February 1923. Green cloth with pictorial paste on front cover with black tiles to the spine. This copy is VG in a VG, unclipped ( no price) , matching DJ to the paste on, protected by Mylar. 115 pp. with 4 pp. of advertising to the back. Exterior has modest wear to the tips and top/bottom of the spine, and a lightly soiled paste down. Inside is unmarked, clear, and firmly bound. Hollow Tree Stories version with the " Good Wishes to all Hollow Tree Friends From the Story Teller Z " facsimile page at the front. Modest toning throughout. DJ has moderate chipping at spine ends, an open triangular, 1" x 1 1/2" tear at front bottom, one 1/4 " x 1/2 " L shaped chip mid spine, and minimal soiling. This particular edition with the 1910 copyright and the facsimile page is SCARCE..
