Description:
London: Augener Ltd. c.1930. Patterned paper covered boards with a grey cloth spine, titles and a beautiful colour illustration by Henriette Willebeek Le Mair to the upper board, in the original plain glassine wrapper. A lovely very near fine copy, the binding firm and bright with just minor wear to the board edges. The contents, with a small, neat gift inscription to the front free endpaper, a few light spots to the text block edges, and slight offsetting to the endpapers, are otherwise clean throughout. A collection of traditional children's songs harmonised by Alfred Moffat. Further details and images for any of the items listed are available on request.
