Hardcover. 303 pp. Meredith Press, New York (1968). First Edition stated. Price-clipped DJ has 1068 Date Code on lower front DJ flap. Bright, clean, square, unmarked copy appears unread. Blue cloth boards and corners straight and sharp. Softened spine ends and corners slightly rub-lightened. Gently-scuffed DJ has a one-inch V-shaped chip missing from top of front panel, a small closed tear along lower edge of rear panel, and four other smaller closed tears. Other light edgewear at DJ extremities, mostly at corners and spine ends. Fine/Very Good+. More photos on request. Shipped in a box within a box, in bubble wrap, with a tracking number.
