Washington DC: Federal Bureau of Investigation, 1982. Original small-format wanted poster with holes for hanging, address label on the reverse addressed to the postmaster in Thayer, IL. Horizontal fold crease. Rosado was sought for involvement with bombings in New York carried out by the FALN (Fuerzas Armadas de Liberacion Nacional). As of 2020, he is still on the wanted list.
