NOTE: per Juliar's update, although the copyright page is the same, copies in darker blue cloth with dark blue dust jackets are 2nd printings]. 8vo blue cloth boards stamped in black; 111 pages. Near fine with just a touch of rubbing to spine ends; in very good to near fine dust jacket with light rubbing and barest wear.
