E. R. M. Saunders. Very Good. A complete 5 volume set. Volumes ii, iii and iv are protected in plastic transparanet book sleeves - probably as published. Numerous colour plates and line drawings throughout with supportive text. Loosely inserted pamphlets - one of Thorp's Gold Medal Geraniums 1977 to Volume II and one of Fuchsias 1977 John Smith Hiltop Nurseries Thornton, Leicestershire to Volume IV. Bound in slightly different shades of cream coloured cloth boards with colour pictorial design of Fuchsias to the boards. A little rust soiling to the rear inner hinge from the inserted pamphlet staples. Light bumps to the tail of the spines of all volumes and the head of volume one also a little bumped. The books are all fresh and clean. Slight split to the plastic sleeve of the front lower corner of Volume II and the rear lower corner of Volume III and the plastic sleeve of the tail of the spine of Volume IV. A well preserved set.
