Daily Mirror, London, 1960. First Edition. Hardcover. Good Condition/No Dust Jacket. Illustrator: R. Wilson & J. Challen. VI, 125 pages. Illustrated endpapers, showing a wagon train. On the verso of the free front end paper is an illustration of a single wagon pulled by two horses with a man and woman sitting in the front. Coloured illustrated frontispiece, by J. Challen. The text is illustrated with numerous black-and-white illustrations, with each illustration having one other colour added, by either R. Wilson or J. Challen. Photographic laminated boards, showing the two actors playing Major Seth Adams and Clint McCulloch, with white and black titles to the front panel and white to the spine. A series of eight stories and five articles based on the television series of " Wagon Train ". The first story in the book is " The Weather Expert ". Bumping and creasing to the top `edge and a little rubbing to the lower back strip edge. Bumping to the rear top book corner and to the lower book corners. There has been a water stain to the top triangular part of the rear book panel. Heavy browning and staining to the text block edges and lighter browning to the internal pages. Original bookseller's sticker to the lower right-hand corner of the front paste down. This is the first UK edition. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Illustrator: R.
