Book has new glassine wrapper and housed in a good slipcase which shows shelfwear. Slight soiling to spine, previous owner's signature on front pastedown and ffep, otherwise a clean, tight copy of one of the most important works in the history of science, which ultimately led to Darwin's magnum opus THE ORIGIN OF SPECIES..
