About This Item
London: Edward Arnold, 1913. Second edition. Hardcover. Very Good. vii, 120pp. 20cm. Hardcover. Publisher's original quarter parchment over boards, green lettering to spine. Book Condition: perished at the spine ends, corners bent with some board showing, various bumps and bruises. Foxing to the endpapers which were not printed on the same lovely, handmade, watermarked, laid paper as the book proper was. With rough cut edges all round the text block is bright and pristine. Introduction by the author explaining that the first edition was published 20 years prior and out of print almost immediately. Includes poems not in first edition. It is interesting that the second edition is more scarce than the first with Worldcat showing no institutional holdings of the print version of this second edition, only e-books.
