Some minor wear, creasing to dust jacket. Bottom corners of boards are slightly bumped. Upper corners of first few pages are creased, slightly crumpled. Text is unmarked. Binding tight.
In 1945 MLB had become a ghost of itself, but in spring of 1946 the war was finally over, America's fathers and brothers were coming home and so were some of Baseball's greats (paraphrased from front flap of book).
