Birmingham, AL: Self Published, 1990. First Edition, Fifth Printing . Cloth - Hard Cover. Good/Good. 4to. Copyright and first published in 1979, this fifth printing was produced in 1990. 220 pages. Inscribed and signed by the author on blank front free end leaf, and dated May 25, 91. The author's business card is affixed to the same leaf near the lower edge of the page. Numerous penciled notes in the hand of the previous owner are seen throughout this volume. There are also a few leaves with paper-clip creases. The volume is otherwise tight and very clean. The dust jacket remains bright and clean, though shows rubbing and wear along edges and folds. A check is affixed the verso of the dust jacket from the previous owner to the author and dated the same the inscription from the author. The dust jacket is now in a clear Brodart protective sleeve.
