The book is exceptionally clean with no writing, marks, underlining, or bookplates. No remainder marks. Not an ex-library copy. Spine is tight and crisp. Maroon cloth boards are clean, flat, and true with gold gilt lettering intact. Corners are square and not bumped. Dust jacket is not price-clipped (FPT U.S.A. $25.00) and shows only minor edge wear/scuffing with some slight bumping to the corners. There is also a small (1/2" or so) "dent" on the front cover which is really not readily noticeable but is mirrored on the board.
