Publishers' black cloth with gilt titles to spine and upper board, and double border in blind to upper board. Endpapers slightly toned otherwise a clean crisp copy, both binding and contents. No annotation or inscriptions. Novel based upon the Author's musings on "What would Christ have thought of the Somme if He had been there in khaki?". Rare. At time of writing, COPAC locates just a single institutional copy at Oxford.
