The artist/illulstrator's first successful book in 1879, this is a reprint from Frederick Warne & Co. of London from later in the 20th century (no date in book, no ISBN, so pre-1970s). This copy has NO DJ (see our other listing for an American reprint with a DJ, #016429). Contains 44 poems with 93 full-color illustrations, in 57 pages. The slim hardcover with mustard colored decorated paper over boards is in Good+ condition: externally rubbed fairly heavily to extremities, but internally completely clean!
