Leiden: E. J. Brill, 1970. First Edition . Cloth - Hard Cover. Near Fine/Good+. 4to. 512 pages, plus plates and three folding maps. Books shows very light rubbing on edges and is otherwise Fine. Dust jacket shows a half inch closed tear from upper edge over top cover, as well as light rubbing and creasing along edges. Jacket remains bright and clean, and is now protected in a clear mylar sleeve.
