Melbourne University Press in Association with Oxford University Press, Melbourne, 1938. First Edition. Hardcover (Original Cloth). Fair Condition/No Dust Jacket. foreword by Dr. K. S. Cunningham, introduction by author and index. Green coloured boards with paper insert to spine with green titles. Bumping and rubbing to the head and to the heel of the spine and to the book corners. The book corners are slightly frayed. The spine along with a major portion of the front panel has become quite sun faded. Foxing has also occurred to the spine region and to the front book panel. Shelfwear to the lower book edges and fading to the top book edge along with some foxing. Browning to the paper edges. Offset tanning, faint foxing and browning to the endpapers and internal pages are aged toned. Previous owner's name has been erased, but impression still present, and previous owner's name to the top left-hand corner of the front paste down. Handling marks and quite noticeable, and copious, underlining, in pencil, to the text. A working copy for the previous owner. A report that the author did on the Australian and New Zealand education administrations in the 1930s with implications for future administrations. This is the first Australian edition.
