Each copy bears the signature of the author and contains an original engraving by Arthur Secunda numbered and initialed. Beautifully illustrated in color and in black and white showing many of the magnificent mosaic tile works, glass and ceramic ware and of course, the breathtaking wall paintings of gods and Goddesses', wild beast, temples, and more. Bound in full brown leather, spine lettering and all edges gilt, housed within a half-triangular silk covered slipcase with some finger soiling and bottom edge wear.
