Longman, Rees, Orme, Brown and Green , 1831 . Hardback. . Two 8vo volumes bound in half calf with gilt decorations on spine and gilt titles on black leather labels. Marbled boards and matching marbling to page edges. Illustrated with full page engravings and vignettes. The picture on the listing page is of the actual books for sale. 2 vols VG+ hardbacks. The volumes are bound in brown half calf and been expertly recased retaining the original spine material with new black leather title labels. Minor foxing to prelims of Volume 1 (offsetting from the frontispiece engraving).
