TSCHANTRE. ANTHROPOMORPHISM. TIN TAN TALES by Gracia and E. Tschantre. London & NY: Nister & Dutton, no date, circa 1900. 4to (9 x 11"), cloth backed pictorial boardsds, edges rubbed and some margin soil else VG+. Printed on thick board pages individually hinged into the book. A most unusual book written in verse, this tells the tale about life in Tin Tan Land whose occupants are all anthropomorphized household objects. Every page features marvelous chromolithographs showing the activities of these unusual objects. An imaginative book and certainly something different. Very hard to find in nice condition.
