Rare original broadside poem by Edgar Guest on golfer Harry Vardon. A photograph of Vardon with a putter and the poem by Edgar Albert Guest is below. Guest who was popular poet in the 20th century and became known as the "People's Poet". Matted and framed. Harry Vardon was a member of the Great Triumvirate of the sport in his day, along with John Henry Taylor and James Braid. He went on to win The British Open Championship a record six times and also won the U.S. Open.
