A few small marks and some minor page thumbing but overall a very good copy in mid twentieth century leather binding of full blue morocco. Black title label lettered and piped in gilt. Gilt date to the bottom of the spine. Plain blue endpapers. All edges gilt. The binding is signed on the rear inner board with a blind stamped Omega device. A solid, if plain, leather binding on this classic first edition of Children's literature.
