Regina, Sask: Anarchist Communist Federation of North America, 1977. Pamphlet. 20p., stapled wraps, 5.5x8.5 inches, illus., vertically creased, rear wrap sun faded along stapled edge, a few small stains on rear wrap else good condition. Inscribed and signed by Dolgoff (as "Sam") on the front wrap, inscription and signature are very faded and almost illegible. Argues that as minorities struggle to establish states of their own they will in turn be shackled by new rulers.
