Some marginal notations and underlining but all in light, easily-erasable pencil, else Near Fine with very slight lean to spine, slight freeness to hinges, and bumped corners. No dust jacket. The first book written by the 1972 winner of the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences, preceding his Value and Capital.
